The Federal State-Owned Unitary Enterprise "N.A. Dollezhal Research and Development Institute of Power Engineering" has been corporatised to become an open joint-stock company "N.A. Dollezhal Research and Development Institute of Power Engineering" (OJSC NIKIET) registered by the Federal Tax Service with certificate 77 ¹ 011650380.

OJSC NIKIET has been incorporated by the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for Public Property Management. The Agency approved by its order ¹ 2774-r of December 30, 2008 the OJSC NIKIET charter and appointed the board of directors for the period to the first meeting of OJSC NIKIET shareholders. The five members of the board include: Yuri Arkhipov, Deputy Director of General Customer Department, Atomenergoprom (chairman); Valeriy Vanyukov, Director of Innovative and Scientific Policy Department, Atomenergoprom; Vladimir Obukhov, senior expert, General Customer Department, Atomenergoprom; Sergei Onufrienko, Director of Cost Management Department for Investment Projects, Atomenergoprom; Boris Gabaraev, Director of OJSC NIKIET.

The sole shareholder of OJSC NIKIET is the Russian Federation represented by State Corporation Rosatom. All shares will be federal property and will be included in the chartered capital stock of Atomenergoprom.
